With Yob, users can easily browse and explore a wide range of events and conveniently purchase ticketsdirectly through the smart contract. All transactions are recorded on the blockchain, providing
transparency and immutability. This eliminates the need for intermediaries, reducing costs and
streamlining the ticketing process.
Event organizers can effortlessly add event details such as ticket prices and the number of available
tickets. Yob empowers organizers with a user-friendly interface to manage their events, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient ticket distribution.
In addition, Yob integrates with Worldcoin and base, allowing users to view the minted NFT tickets and
verify their authenticity. This further enhances trust and security in the ticketing ecosystem.
The purpose of this Yob is to provide a platform for the sale and purchase of event tickets, Users can
purchase tickets for events through the smart contract and their purchases will be recorded and tracked.
2. Project: AI NFT Generator
GitHub Repository: [ https://github.com/gerald62/ai_nft_generator ]
Description:
The AI NFT Generator project secured the second place in the hackathon. From the description provided
by the image is created by the stable diffussion AI and the image data is sent back to the website . The
image is captured and uploaded to nft.storage to be stored on ipfs. The image URI is sent back to website and the mint function of the nft smart contract is called and the nft URL and name are passed in asvariables.

AI Nft generator integrates with Worldcoin and base where the nft minter is charged 1 eth for minting the
nft and the eth is stored in the contract until the the deployer of the smart contract calls the withdraw
function.
3. Project: Nyumbayo App by Angella Mulikatete
GitHub Repository: [ https://github.com/bse23-4/nyumbayo_app ]
Description:
The Nyumbayo App project secured the third place in the hackathon. This project aimed to address a
specific problem in the real estate industry by leveraging blockchain technology. A mobile Dapp that
streamlines rent and electricity payment management for shared meters, Provides accurate individual
billing based on power consumption, Enables tenants to raise complaints directly to landlords for prompt
resolution.

and efficiency.
Rent and electricity payment transactions are recorded on a secure and tamper-proof blockchain ledger, ensuring transparency and eliminating disputes.
Smart contracts automate and enforce rental agreements, ensuring fair and transparent execution.
Blockchain provides a secure and decentralized identity verification system, streamlining the rental application process and enhancing data privacy.
Blockchain securely records energy consumption data from shared meters, ensuring accuracy in billing and preventing tampering.
4. Project: The Social Farmer Dapp, by Kakooza Vianney
Github link: [ https://github.com/kaksv/socialfarm ]
Description:
The social farmer secured the forth place and it is a Web3 Dapp developed for farmers to interact and
socialize with other farmers and also access market for their produce through socializing on . With the power of lens protocol, farmers can create publications for given stages in their farming lifecycles to
trigger action with beneficiaries and stake holders. For example, they can mint
an NFT in case of need for resources and give a promise to those that own the minted NFT for the
investment made to be partakers of the profits during harvesting seasons. This can be a win win situation for both parties. Farmers can be tracked through the platform based on their reputation and those
following them.
Through this platform, farmers can also be contacted directly during the harvesting season from buyers
hence making them to get better prices for their produce. Consumers can also connect directly with
farmers and can know what exactly is the life cycle of the produce.
